Prehab not rehab: The new Harley Street lab aiming to make ski injuries a thing of the past

Like any extreme sport skiing comes with a certain level of risk, and while some skiers are lucky enough to never experience a traumatic fall, bump or incident it’s a different story for many other snow-sport fans.

Following an injury on the slopes, whether it’s a break, sprain or something more serious, it can often be a long road to recovery, with hopes of getting back on skis again often slashed or postponed by a prolonged physio process or niggling aches and pains, not to mention dented confidence.
